Mission Statement:

Points of Diversity seek to support the creation of an environment where people want to live, learn, and grow by working to ensure that all community members have the tools to succeed by connecting, engaging, and being educated in cross-cultural discussions and experiences.

Community Building

Points of Diversity is a small regional non-profit in SW VA that seeks to include all the diversity living in the area. This includes racial, ethnic, religious, political, ability status and sexual identities. We bring people together through education, training, dialogue, social events and service to minority and struggling communities. We have won a National award for our Dialogue to Change program and continue to seek participants willing to build bridges across differences through structured dialogue with trained facilitators.
