A Call to Engage Across Differences
Points of Diversity, in partnership with Standing for Equity in the Roanoke Valley (SERV), invites you to participate in A Call to Engage Across Differences, a two-part interactive workshop designed to bridge divides in our community.
Participants will explore how core values shape personal beliefs and gain practical skills for active listening, asking thoughtful questions, and navigating complex political, cultural, and ideological differences with curiosity, empathy, and respect.
Dates: October 13 and October 20
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM each evening
Location: Unitarian Universalist Church (2015 Grandin Road SW, Roanoke)

Points of Diversity offers an opportunity to have Civil Conversations in a Safe Space guided by trained facilitators.
Groups meet for 5-6 sessions of 2 hours each.
Next group can start once 10-12 people with different points of view register.
